South Devon-based Salcombe Dairy had a strong reputation for creating high quality ice creams and sorbets, but their branding did not reflect this. With multiple consumer touchpoints, they needed a message that was consistent. We proposed a luxury brand overhaul that would help Salcombe to establish themselves as a premium, award-winning producer.
Onward marketing planning
Blue Digital are now considered ‘brand guardians’, which involves creating weekly artwork for print media, signage and merchandise. We also travel to Salcombe annually to discuss forthcoming marketing plans, including photography and asset design.

This reinforcement of a premium product has led Salcombe to work with prestigious names such as Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Great Ormond Street and the Tate Modern. Customers are delighted with the new visuals, while internal staff teams appreciate better branding consistency across all collateral, in and outside the factory.
